We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with the services that we provide. If you are not satisfied with our work and you decide not to file the return that we prepared for you we will not charge you.
No-Error Guarantee
If the Internal Revenue Service or the Franchise Tax Board find any discrepancies with the returns that we have prepared and it is due to our error we will correct the returns at no charge.
If there has been any assessments for Penalties and/or Interest caused by our error(s) we will pay up to $2,000 of those assessments. Crabb Tax Services is not responsible for additional taxes or legal fees.
Year-Round Service
We offer year round service. We don’t close our doors after April 15th. We are available year round to answer your tax questions and solve any issues or problems that you may have.
